Certain souls leave an indelible impression on our lives, and James was a man who left us filled with wonder in his selflessness. An homage to his beloved fruitcake, we conditioned this beer on our own farm-grown organic brandy-soaked plums, then added further layers of richness with Medjool dates, sundried apricots and a lengthy barrel-aging in local Glenora Whiskey oak barrels.
